Seiten und Böden sind auf Gehrung gefräst, die Front ist eingenutet und außen bündig, die Rückwand ebenfalls außen bündig auf einem eingenuteten Rahmen mit M6 Senkkopfschrauben in M6 Einschlagmuttern verschraubt.
Die Front hat regulär einen einfachen Lautsprecherausschnitt von 330 mm Durchmesser.
Die innere Rahmenversteifung ist auf halber Höhe ringsum eingenutet.
Der Reflextunnel besteht aus 10 Rahmen je ca. 18 mm MPX ( Materialstärke kann + – 0,5 mm variieren )
B x H x T 250 x 75 x ca. 180 mm, der hintere Tunnelrahmen ist nach unten verlängert und dient somit am Boden angeleimt als Stütze für den Tunnel.
